Welcome to the Mailing list Management System for godzone.net.nz, powered by SYMPA. Here you can subscribe to and unsubscribe from lists, manage your existing subscription preferences, view and search archives, and perform other functions relating to mailing lists in this and other domains hosted by GodZone Internet Services.

Help is available for SYMPA using the SYMPA Help link at the top right of the page, as well as on most pages via a large "Help" link near the top of the page.

Logging In

Many functions in SYMPA require you to identify yourself to the system by logging in, using the "Email Address" and "Password" fields to the upper left.

If this is the first time you have ever visited this website, you will probably need to get the system to send you your initial password. Select the Lost Password link in the menu to the left.

What email address should you enter ?

SYMPA List Managers

If you are the manager for the lists in your domain, you will need to use the special "Email Address" - listmanager@godzone.net.nz. This address is an alias for your real email address. It was established when the SYMPA service was turned on for your domain and can be changed from the 'Manage Email' section of your GodZone Internet Services account.

Everyone else

If you are not the list manager or wish to be considered as a non-priveleged user for this session, please use the email address that has been subscribed to one of the lists or the address that you would like to use to subscribe to a list.

If you do not have a SYMPA account, please select the New User link to create an account with any of your email addresses; you will then be sent an email containing an initial password which you may then change to something more memorable.
